The main body is molded from high-strength, flame-retardant unsaturated resin (BMC/DMC). The threaded inserts at both ends are made of high-quality brass or steel to ensure durable mechanical connections and corrosion resistance.
Our standard SEP series insulators range in height from 16 to 80 mm, and in diameter from 15 to 65 mm. Thread sizes are available from M4 up to M12, offering flexible choices for different space constraints and loading requirements.
They support working voltages ranging from 600V to 3200V AC and 800V to 4500V DC. They feature a wide working temperature range of -40°C to 140°C, a glow wire temperature resistance of 960°C, and comply with the UL94 V0 flame retardant standard.
